Five Days Designed for Deep Connection and Joyful Play
Over five days, you’ll be guided through an experience designed to support both inner exploration and physical reconnection.
We like to think of it as a playground for your mind, body, and spirit.
A space where you can reconnect with yourself, try things out, move, reflect, breathe… and have fun while doing it.
From yoga and breathwork to guided workshops and primal movement, each element is there to help you reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and gain clarity.
The intention is not to escape your life, but to meet yourself where you are and to shine a light on what you want to bring forward.

The Experience
Each day is gently structured, with a mix of guided sessions, shared meals, and open time to rest or explore.
You’ll have space to join in, step back, or follow what feels right in the moment, with a natural flow between activity and downtime.
A glimpse into your day
8:00 am - Hatha yoga in the garden
9:00 am - Breakfast served at the communal table
10:00 am - Free time to chill, swim, explore the grounds
11:00 am - Inner Intelligence workshop
1:00 pm - Lunch served at the communal table
2:00 pm - Free time to chill, swim, sauna, explore the town
4:00 pm - Primal Play Movement class
5:00 pm - Free time to chill, swim, sauna, and explore the grounds
6:45 pm - Communal dinner under the stars
8:00 pm - Gather around the fire - tea, sharing circle, singing, dancing, followed by wind-down evening yoga, or meditation.
Note: The schedule is a guide rather than a structure to follow strictly. All sessions are optional, and you’re always free to listen to your body and move at your own pace. **Full day-by-day schedule will be shared with participants after booking.

Our home for the retreat is a private villa in Tenerife, surrounded by lush gardens and fresh ocean air.
Designed for both comfort and ease, the space invites you to slow down and settle in. You might find yourself walking barefoot through the garden, moving between sun and shade, or returning to a peaceful corner that becomes your own.
It’s a place to rest, reset, and feel at home.

The question “Who am I?” has quietly guided Yogita throughout her life, along with a sense that each of us carries a deeper purpose. This curiosity led her into yoga, breathwork, meditation, and practices that help us turn inward and listen more deeply.
In her teaching, she weaves Hatha yoga, conscious breathing, and self-inquiry, inviting people to explore the connection between breath, body, and awareness.
Alongside her yoga practice, Yogita brings 10 years of experience in speech pathology and breathing dysfunctions, giving her a deeper understanding of the mechanics of breathing and how it supports both physical and emotional balance.
