A lot of us feel overwhelmed not just by everyday life, but by the constant pressure to manage and figure everything out.
This retreat is a gentle way to step out of the world's constant push & pull and return to a more peaceful, confident, and trusting way of moving through life.
Instead of following a fixed method or being told what’s right, you start listening to your own inner signals.
You begin to notice how much stress comes from overthinking and external input, and how empowering it feels to trust your own direction instead.




Five Days of Connection and Playful Ease
Over five days, you’ll have the opportunity to take part in experiences designed to reconnect you with your body and inner voice.
Each day will offer a mix of guided yoga sessions, workshops, and primal movement.
There is structure and support throughout, but you are always free to choose what feels right for you, join in, or take time for yourself.
This balance of structure and freedom is intentional, giving you space to notice your own rhythm rather than follow another "have to".
You might find yourself doing less than you normally would, or, the opposite, joining in on everything.
By the end of the five days, most people feel more connected to their body and the present moment, more aware of their inner signals, and less caught in overthinking.


The Experience. A glimpse into your day.
8:00 am - Morning Hatha yoga in the garden
9:00 am - Breakfast served at the communal table
10:00 am - Free time to chill, swim, explore the grounds
11:00 am - Inner Voice or Buteyko workshop
1:00 pm - Lunch served at the communal table
2:00 pm - Free time to chill, swim, sauna, explore the town
4:30 pm - Primal Play movement class or free time
5:30 pm - Free time to chill, swim, sauna, and explore the grounds
6:30 pm - Communal dinner under the stars
7:30 pm - Evening gatherings: fire circle, sharing, singing, dancing.

Your Home in Tenerife
Our home for the retreat is a private villa in Los Realejos, surrounded by lush gardens and fresh ocean air.
The space is designed for both comfort and ease, and it invites you to slow down and fully relax. No shoes are needed here. You can walk barefoot through the garden, bask in the sun, or find your own quiet corner to journal and pause.
This villa is your home to rest, reset, and be you.
During your stay, you’ll have access to:

The question “Who am I?” has quietly guided Yogita throughout her life, along with a sense that each of us carries a deeper purpose. This curiosity led her into yoga, breathwork, meditation, and practices that help us turn inward and listen more deeply.
In her teaching, she weaves Hatha yoga, conscious breathing, and self-inquiry, inviting people to explore the connection between breath, body, and awareness.
Alongside her yoga practice, Yogita brings 10 years of experience in speech pathology and breathing dysfunctions, giving her a deeper understanding of the mechanics of breathing and how it supports both physical and emotional balance.
